Decontracting massage (back & neck)

The decontracting massage is one of the most requested treatments at our studio in Valencia (Quatre Carreres). It is designed for people who build up tension in the back, shoulders and neck from long hours at the computer, stress or sustained poor posture. That ongoing tension turns into knots and contractures that limit movement and cause daily discomfort.

Who is it for?

For people with neck pain, an overloaded back or stiff shoulders, and also for anyone who, without sharp pain, simply feels tight and blocked from their work routine. It is especially useful when tension gathers in the upper back and neck.

How we work

We first find the areas with the most tension and adapt the intensity to your case: the goal is not "harder is better" but precise work on the contracted muscle. We combine deep and release techniques to undo the knots and restore mobility. You set the limit on pressure at all times.

Benefits

  • Relief from back and neck pain
  • Less stiffness, more mobility in shoulders and lower back
  • A real sense of release afterwards
  • With regular sessions the muscles stay more relaxed

FAQ

Does it hurt? You may feel brief discomfort while a knot is being worked, but always within your tolerance. How often? For built-up tension, one session every one or two weeks works very well at the start. You can book online with a real-time schedule.
